Andrew at 11 months

Where has our little baby gone? Andrew is 11 months old and the proud owner of 3-1/2 teeth, and is up to 4 steps now, although he will not walk on command (or for the camera, unfortunately!) He sure loves his big brother and is working hard to keep up with him.

Memorial Day

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend, with beautiful weather and lots of time spent playing outside. Saturday we had a BBQ with neighbors, and Monday Steve grilled brats in our backyard while we played in the sprinkler. Here are some photos and video of the kids playing in the sprinkler.

Playing in the Yard

Here are some highlights of our morning trip to the park and playing in the front yard. Thomas is the photographer of the picture of Steve and Andrew on the slide. Pretty good, no?

Niskaday

After many attempts, I've finally managed to get blogger working again. I think our website is runnning out of room!

Here are some photos from last weekend, including the Niskaday parade and festivities. Thomas especially enjoyed the parade and all the candy that got thrown his way!

Andrew is working hard on walking, and is up to two steps. I'll try to catch him on video, but he seems to lose his nerve when the camera is in sight!

Mothers Day

I had a great Mother's Day, which started out with a breakfast trip to Friendlys for bacon and french toast! Later, we had a picnic at the park and in the evening went to a neighbors house for pizza. A day of no cooking (and no cleanup) is always fantastic!

Outside playing

One good thing about keeping this blog is that it reminds me to get the camera out on a regular basis. We took some photos playing outside this morning just so we'd have something to share!

Having the youngest kids in the neighborhood has some advantages, we are always getting to borrow their outgrown toys, like this bike that Thomas learned how to ride this weekend.

We've been busy with projects around the house and studying, with my finals on Tues and Wed this week. Then I will be 'off' until Sept!
